Who this applies to

These terms govern your use of bearchoices.com and any services provided by Innovex Ventures LLC under the Bear Choices brand.

Services

Services are described in the engagement letter you sign before work begins. The site content, pricing, and service names are informational and subject to change.

Payment

Monthly services are billed in advance on the first business day of each month. We accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. Late payments more than 15 days past due pause service until paid.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be canceled by either party with 30 days' written notice to iggy@bearchoices.com. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless we initiated the cancellation.

Intellectual property

Content we create for you is yours upon full payment. Any proprietary tools, templates, or systems we bring to the engagement remain ours. You may continue using work product after the engagement ends; we may use anonymized results in case studies unless you tell us in writing not to.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Innovex Ventures LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
