Who we are
Bear Choices is operated by Innovex Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. Our mailing address is listed in the footer of every page on this site.

What this policy covers
This policy covers data we collect through bearchoices.com, email we send from @bearchoices.com addresses, and any contact you have with us as a prospective or current client.
What data we collect
- Email address and name when you book a strategy session, reply to our outreach, or fill a form on this site.
- Company name and website you provide, or that we identify from public business listings, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and the company's own public website.
- Phone number only if you give it to us.
- Email engagement data — opens, clicks, replies — for emails we send you. This is standard for business communication.
- Technical data about how you use this site: pages visited, approximate location (city-level, from your IP), and device type. This is used for aggregate traffic analysis only.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To send you a short series of follow-up emails if you don't reply, up to a reasonable limit, with a working unsubscribe link in every one.
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
- To comply with legal obligations, including CAN-SPAM, state privacy laws, and tax reporting.
Where we got your contact information
If you received a cold email from us, your name and email address came from public sources — your company's website, a public business directory, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile — because your business matches the kind of client we work with. We did not buy a list.
If this is not acceptable to you, click the unsubscribe link in any email from us or write to iggy@bearchoices.com and we will remove you within one business day.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business:
- Google Workspace — our business email provider
- Calendly — our calendar scheduler
- Our CRM and marketing tools — for tracking replies, meetings, and account history
- Our accountants and legal advisors — as needed for tax and compliance
Each of these providers has their own privacy terms. We vet them to make sure they meet basic data-protection standards.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of all future marketing from us.
Residents of California (CCPA), the EU and UK (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA), and other jurisdictions with specific rights can exercise those rights by writing to iggy@bearchoices.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you book a call, Calendly sets its own cookies — their policy is at calendly.com/privacy.
Data retention
We keep client records for seven years after the end of our engagement, as required by US tax law. For prospects who never became clients, we delete contact records within two years of our last outreach.
Children
This site and our services are for business owners and marketers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top and keep a copy of the previous version on request.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, write to iggy@bearchoices.com. If you live in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to them directly.
